Our flight to Las Vegas wasn’t until later on in the evening so we had some time after check out. We decided to head to Ocean Beach and try out the San Fran buses. It was $2.25 each and we travelled miles, good value, cheaper than getting the bus 5 miles into Leeds. We had our backpacks so we didn’t go far, but we did see the beach from the cliff tops. Lovely however they didn’t have any beach huts, terrible. Walked along the cliffs to see the bridge from the other side, found a bench and set up camp for a couple of hours. Grabbed some lunch nearby before getting a Uber to the airport.
Straight to our hotel, Luxor, which is themed as an Egyptian hotel, it had a pyramid and sphinx. There was a queue for check in, couldn’t get over the size of the hotel, I knew it would be big but seriously, all the hotels were huge, don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel this big before.
Had a little explore in the evening, around a couple of the hotels near by, you can walk from hotel to hotel without even going outside.
